Far too often we check those things off of our list (or not) and we ultimately move on. While a to-do list is a great way to stay organized and focused—let’s remember to reflect + recharge.

Your T.A.D.A list is a reminder to reflect on how far you’ve come and that you should celebrate the wins, no matter how small. Want to know how you’ve grown in the last 3 months? 6 month? 2 weeks?
