This week’s class will be a super fun workout that includes: Pilates, twerking and yoga.
Please bring your own mat but if you don’t have one, you can rent one from me for $5.00 for the duration of class.
We will workout barefoot on wood floors, so no socks or shoes unless they’re made for dance/yoga.
I would recommend wearing clothing that you can comfortably move in. You may sweat so bring a small towel to pat dry if you’d like.
