Lemonade In Wine Country: My Napa Valley Fit & Tips

Napa Valley is a gorgeous area of rolling hills, wine, lots of sunshine, wine, breathtaking vineyards and did I mention wine?

In 2016, Napa welcomed a total of 3.5 million visitors both domestic and international! It's the perfect place for a scenic car ride, a romantic getaway, getting lit with your friends (in the classiest way possible of course) and a way to show off your fashion.

In the spring and fall, Napa weather hovers in the 60s and 70s. While the summer temperatures can shoot up to 80s or higher. It was about 90 degrees when I visited Napa so I knew to dress in something breathable and flowy. I wore a mustard button-front cami dress from Forever 21.

I personally can walk, run and just be in heels for long periods of time. I would suggest a thicker heel like a wedge or a block heel. If you want comfort and style I would suggest sandals, espadrilles, cute sneakers, or mules!

I toured Napa in a limo so I didn't have to worry about bringing my bag with me to every location. If you are going to carry a bag a suggest something light and not bulky. Go for a clutch, small backpack or a cross body bag!

ALSO! Please remember to wear sunscreen! The sun is blazing during this time!

Here are a list of vineyards I visited:

  1. Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars (My favorite wine and atmosphere.)

  2. V Satuii Winery (Awesome history and food market for lunch and to create your own Crudités.)

  3. Mondavi Winery (Amazing grounds for photos and a bomb White Moscato.)
